Summary:The present invention provides a method for producing a dyeing auxiliary agent, which includes: (A) dissolving sodium alginate in water and stirring until homogeneous; (B) mixing the stirred and homogeneous sodium alginate with epichlorohydrin and stirring at a constant temperature of 70 DEG C for 1 to 2 hours; (C) mixing glutamic acid with water, and stirring at a constant temperature of 90 DEC for 2 hours; and (D) conducting a synthesis reaction of the product in step (B) and the product in step (C) at 100 DEG C continuously for 1 hour and removing water to obtain a dyeing auxiliary agent. Through compounding and grafting a natural material sodium alginate and glutamic acid into a sodium alginate derivative surfactant, and utilizing the agglutinating property of an auxiliary agent to catch dyes in a dyeing wastewater and bringing the dyes into cellulosic fabrics, the dyeing rate of the fabrics in a dyeing process is increased and the dye residual rate of the wastewater produced subsequently is reduced.
