The first casing includes a bottom plate, an annular side wall and an annular flange. The annular side wall surrounds the bottom plate. The annular side wall and the bottom plate together form an accommodation space. The annular flange protrudes from a side of the annular side wall opposite to the bottom plate. The second casing is fixed to the annular flange of the first casing and covering the accommodation space. The annular permanent magnet is located in the accommodation space and presses against the annular side wall, and is located between and pressed by the bottom plate and the second casing. The stator is located in the accommodation space. In addition, the disclosure is also related to an assembling method of an outer rotor type motor.
