Summary:An automatic transporting carrier includes an automatic guided vehicle and a cart. The automatic guided vehicle includes a vehicle body, a plurality of first positioning members and at least one positioning push rod. The cart includes a bearing part, a plurality of second positioning members, at least one positioning block, a plurality of brake devices and at least one brake-off lever. The vehicle body of the automatic guided vehicle can enter the accommodating space of the cart so that the first positioning member and the second positioning member are correspondingly positioned and the positioning push rod is driven to rise to push the brake-off lever so that the automatic guided vehicle is engaged with the cart.
