Summary:This invention relates to an air pressure balancing apparatus of a bicycle shock absorber, which includes an outer tube, an inner tube, a core rod, a floating seat, a sleeve and a balancing valve, wherein the floating seat respectively divides the inner tube into a first air chamber and a second air chamber between an inflating valve and a penetrating seat, and the sleeve usually pushes the balancing value of the floating seat, so that the balancing valve opens for communicating the first air chamber and the second air chamber. As such, an air pressure balance of the two air chambers may be rapidly achieved.
