The present invention relates to a combined assembly of an eyelid expansion device and a detection device. The eyelid expansion device comprises a shell, two eyelid abutting members and an eye positioning member. The eye positioning member may be first abutted against the periphery of eyehole, such as the side of nasal bridge, for positioning, and then enable the detection device for detection, such as eye temperature, intraocular pressure, so as to ensure that the same position will be measured every time. The eye positioning member is actually abutted against a user for positioning, so that the user may operate by oneself without relying on others. The positioning of the eye positioning member may ensure the detection device to be placed at a fixed distance to the eyeball to prevent the detection device from inadvertently contacting or injuring the eyeball.
