Each terminal includes a first elastic arm and a second elastic arm. The first elastic arm has a first contact portion protruding into the mating slot and the second elastic arm has a second contact portion protruding into the mating slot. The mating connector has a mating body and terminals retained in the mating body. The mating terminal has two opposite plate faces and two opposite cutting faces. The mating terminal is inserted into the mating slot to contact with the first and second contact portions.
