Summary:Embodiments of the disclosure provide methods and systems for providing transportation service. The method may include receiving a first transportation service request from a remote passenger terminal and determining a first estimated waiting time of the first transportation service request by a processor. The method may further include determining that the first estimated waiting time is greater than a first predetermined time period by the processor, and generating a second transportation service request comprising a transportation parameter different from that of the first transportation service request by the processor.
