Summary: | The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a composite fiber heat insulating material. The method comprises the following steps of: (a) uniformly mixing side-by-side crimped fibers and ultrafine fibers to form a fiber mixture; wherein the side-by-side crimped fibers is 10 wt% to 40 wt% and the ultrafine is 90 wt% to 60 wt% with respect to the total weight of the side-by-side crimped fibers and the ultrafine fibers; (b) carding and cotton laying of the fiber mixture to form a uniform fiber web; and (c): heat baking the fiber web to obtain the composite fiber heat insulating material, wherein at least one overlap part of the side-by-side crimped fibers and the ultrafine fibers forms a bonding portion by hot baking. The composite fiber insulation material is light, bulky, and has a good warmth retention effect. |
