A bicycle assembly mechanism and a battery case assembly are mounted on a frame of a bicycle, and the assembly includes a battery case and an assembly mechanism. The battery case is provided with an abutting groove and a notch. The assembly mechanism has a fixing component and a grip. The fixing component is connected to the frame and has an accommodating space therein for the battery case to be detachably installed. The grip is pivotally connected to the fixing component and has an engaging end and a pushing end. The engaging end can engage with the notch as the grip rotates pivotally, and the pushing end can push against the abutting groove as the grip rotates pivotally. Thereby, the user can easily hold the grip and take out the battery case through the pushing end of the grip.
