Summary:A superspreader determination method and system thereof are disclosed in present invention. The superspreader determination method and system thereof are used to determine a superspreader source internet protocol (IP) address. A source-destination comparison table is formed with a source IP address and a destination IP address from a data packet. When it is determined the destination IP address does not correspond to the source IP address is less than an amount preset value by a source-destination comparison table and a determination data packet is not repeated, a short code amount is accumulated according to the same of the source IP address.
