The present invention discloses to a light guide plate. The light guide plate includes a substrate, a plurality of lens microstructures and a plurality of patterned dots. The substrate has a light emitting surface, bottom surface opposite to the light emitting surface and a incident surface connected to between the light emitting surface and the bottom surface. The lens microstructures are disposed on the bottom of the substrate. The patterned dots are distributed the lens microstructures, and portion of the patterned dots are located at boundary of two adjacent lens microstructures. In the light guide plate of the invention, the angle of divergence of the light source is effectively increased, the effect of scattering of the light source is increased, and the difference between the bright and darkness of the screen, the dark angle of the screen and the darkness of the light are improved.
