Provided are a polymerized liquid crystal composition and a liquid crystal display device thereof. The polymerized liquid crystal composition comprises at least one compound of general formula I, at least one compound of general formula II and at least one compound of general formula III. The polymerized liquid crystal composition does not exhibit or exhibits less problems existing in the prior art, has a lower polymerizable compound residue and has good stability and higher reliability, wherein same are specifically shown as being a good UV-resistant stability, and also has a higher voltage holding ratio. At the same time, a liquid crystal display device comprising the polymerized liquid crystal composition has little or almost no residual image effects.
