Summary:The present invention relates to a treatment method for carbon dioxide capture and utilization, which utilizes the high solubility of carbon dioxide in KOH solution. The carbon dioxide is firstly absorbed in a solution containing KOH to form potassium carbonate in an absorption tower and then introduced into a fluidized bed crystallization tank to react with calcium, magnesium or barium ions to produce crystalline particles of calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, or barium carbonate for capturing the carbon dioxide. Furthermore, potassium ions in the crystallization tank are recycled to the absorption tower for reuse. Therefore, the present invention can avoid the additional environmental pollution, and can produce chemicals for reused, which increases additional benefits. In addition, the present invention further provides a device for carbon dioxide capture and utilization for the treatment method of the present invention.
