Summary: | A plastic injection molded QR tag is provided. The mold for injection molding a QR tag has an upper mold base and a lower mold base. At least one of the mold bases is internally provided with a mold cavity. A surface of the mold cavity is engraved with nicks at multiple local positions by a laser engraving machine, so that the position between nicks can be relatively raised. Through the combination of the plurality of nicks arranged according to a required code, a QR code generation area is formed in the mold cavity. When the two mold bases are combined together, the plastic material is heated and melted by an injection molding machine, and then is injected into the mold. The plastic material is filled in the mold cavity and the QR code generation area, and is cured into a finished plastic product and a QR tag respectively in the mold cavity and each nick, so as to produce the QR tag along with the finished plastic product. |
