Summary:A power control device for power tool is provided. The power tool includes two switches which are respectively configured to trigger a power device to convert electrical energy to kinetic energy and configured to trigger a driving device to output the kinetic energy, and a battery and a power circuit which are configured to supply electrical energy required by the power tool. Each of the switches outputs a switch signal. Each time the battery is installed or the battery is removed and inserted back again, the power control device is electrically connected to the battery to guide the current of the battery to enter the power circuit. After the current is conducted, the micro-processor calculates a sleep time; while the sleep time is reached without receiving any switch signals, the current of the battery is blocked from entering the power circuit. Accordingly, through the aforementioned power supply mechanism, the power consumption for the sleep state is minimized, which dramatically reduces power consumption
