Summary:There is provided a housing of an electrical product capable of easily accommodating even a power cord for which a cabtyre cord or the like that is thicker and less flexible than a vinyl flat cord is used, without damaging the cord. A housing of an electrical product is provided with an outer case forming an exterior of the electrical product, a recess-shaped cord accommodating portion 230 for accommodating a power cord of the electrical product, the cord accommodating portion 230 being formed on the outer case, and a cord accommodating cover portion 300 openably covering the cord accommodating portion 230. A lower side of the cord accommodating cover portion 300 is turnably axially supported on the outer case, and an upper side of the cover portion is separated from the outer case when the cord accommodating cover portion 300 is in an open state.
