The helmet device with the warning function, comprises a cap body, a sensing module, a playing module, and a control module. The sensing module includes a distance sensor disposed on the back side of the cap body for sensing the distance of the rear object, and generating a distance signal when the distance is less than a set value. The playing module comprises an audio unit storing the voice message, and a bone conduction earphone for playing the voice message. The control module receives the distance signal sent by the sensor and causes the bone conduction earphone to play the voice message. With the sensing module set, when the object was detected, the bone conduction earphones can play the voice message clearly to remind the rider.
