This invention provides an information recommendation method, apparatus and system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a first service side device acquiring and providing service interaction information from user equipment and identification information of the user equipment to a second service side device; the second service side device analyzing the identification information and service interaction information of the user equipment so collected and generating service recommendation information corresponding to the identification information of the user equipment; if a third service side device finds the user equipment, performing recommendation on the user equipment according to the service recommendation information, which is acquired from the second service side device, corresponding to the identification information of the user equipment. This invention can realize information recommendation of a traditional service provider on a wearable device.
