The present invention discloses a dynamic image feature enhancement method and system. The method includes the steps of: capturing a plurality of images from a camera; selecting a region of interest in a picture of the camera through a region-of-interest switching unit; setting a plurality of brightness weight values in the region of interest; adjusting a brightness parameter of the picture of the camera according to the brightness weight values; and using a sharpening adjustment unit to perform a multi-layer progressive sharpening procedure in order to update an actual sharpening parameter of the camera. The present invention can directly and instantly adjust imaging parameters of the camera, and improve parameters of the captured image, such as brightness or resolution, thereby allowing an intelligent advanced driver assistance system to clearly identify the road and the in-coming car.
