The hand-written information processing apparatus includes a stylus detection sensor, a connection interface for outputting writing information corresponding to a writing operation of a stylus to an external apparatus which includes a display screen for displaying an image, and a display image processing information generation circuit for generating display image processing information for performing a given image operation process based on an operation input accepted by an operation input acceptance unit to the display image. An inputting face is configured such that a sheet member on which writing corresponding to a writing operation of a stylus can be visually formed can be placed thereon.
