The invention relates to a room temperature curable polyorganosiloxane composition, which contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyorganosiloxane with molecular chain terminals blocked by hydroxyl groups or alkoxy groups; (B) 1 to 300 parts by mass of a filler, (C) 0.1 to 20 parts by mass of a polyorganosiloxane with a resin structure represented by an average unit formula: (R13SiO1/2)p[Si(OH)xO(4-x)/2]q; (D) 0.1 to 20 parts by mass of a trifunctional or tetrafunctional silane compound and/or a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof; (E) 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of a titanium chelate catalyst; and (F) 0.01 to 5 parts by mass of an adhesion additive. According to the room temperature curable polyorganosiloxane composition of the invention, the physical properties such as hardness and adherence of a cured product are hardly reduced in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.
