Summary:A miniaturized motor and the rotor thereof are disclosed for prolonging service life of motor. The miniaturized motor includes a shaft and a housing. The shaft has a first shaft section and a second shaft section connecting with each other. The radial width of the first shaft section is not equal to the one of the second section, such that a loading surface is formed on the shaft. The loading surface connects with the outer surfaces of the first and second shaft sections. The housing has a coupling hole and a joint portion. The shaft couples with the coupling hole. The joint portion is adjacent to the coupling hole and abuts against the loading surface. The housing is coupled to the shaft by way of laser welding.
