Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for method for treating boron- containing wastewater using fluidized-bed homogeneous granulation technique. The method includes one stage that uses hydrogen peroxide to react with borate ions and one stage of homogeneous granulation performed in a fluidized-bed reactor that uses coagulant (CaCl2) to recover boron from boron-containing wastewater as homogeneous calcium peborate particles (> 0.5 mm) with low water content (< 5%). The invention reduces the volume of the by-product and enhances its further processability. |
