Summary:A blade pull-out device for pulling a blade out in a circumferential direction of a blade ring along a groove, the blade having been engaged in the groove which extends in the circumferential direction in the inner peripheral side of the blade ring, is provided with a tugging part for tugging the blade, a cord-shaped member connecting the tugging part and the blade, and a first turning part for turning the direction of tugging force transmitted via the cord-shaped member, the first turning part being attached to the blade ring so as to be in contact with a section of the cord-shaped member between the tugging part and the blade.
