Summary:To provide a compressed data configuration that allows the compressed data to be corrected easily when the printed data needs correction, a printed data compression method using the same and a printing method. A compressed data configuration comprising the number of plural droplets discharged data, respective positions of the aforesaid plural droplets discharge data and droplet volumes on the respective positions and to use the printed data compression method comprising a partitioning step and a compression step. The partitioning step is to divide the print data of image using a predetermined interval as the dropping timing of the droplets and the nozzle positions when dropping the aforesaid droplets. The compression step is to compress the aforesaid print data of the aforesaid predetermined interval into the aforesaid compressed data configuration.
