The first carrier injection layer is disposed on the first electrode. The first carrier transport layer is disposed on the first carrier injection layer, wherein the material of the first carrier transport layer includes a crosslinkable material. The emitting layer is disposed on the first carrier transport layer, wherein the material of the emitting layer includes a light emitting material having a perovskite-type crystal structure. The second carrier injection layer is disposed on the emitting layer. The second electrode is disposed on the second carrier injection layer.
