Summary: | The present invention provides a thin film solar cell which includes: a substrate, a back electrode layer, an absorber layer, a first transparent electricity-conductive thin film, a second transparent electricity-conductive thin film and a top electrode layer. The composition of the first transparent electricity-conductive thin film includes ZnO, MgO and Al2O3. The composition of the second transparent electricity-conductive thin film includes ZnO, MgO and Al2O3. Accordingly, through a manner of treating the first transparent electricity-conductive thin film and the second transparent electricity-conductive thin film as a buffer layer and an optical window layer, the use of highly toxic material in solar cells is avoided and the lattice mismatch between film layers inside the cell is reduced. In addition, a good p-n junction can be formed between an n-type semiconductor layer and a p-type CIGS absorber layer, so as to reduce recombination rate and improve photoelectric conversion efficiency. |
