The present invention discloses a quick combination chair, comprising two stands, two connecting rods and two plate bodies. Each stand has a front straight rod portion and a rear straight rod portion, above which is a transverse bar portion, and a back bar portion is provided at the rear of the transverse bar portion. The front and rear straight rod portions are provided with first and second engaging portions, respectively. The transverse bar portion has an upper surface, wherein the upper surface is downwardly provided with a plurality of upper straight grooves in the vertical direction.
