A manufacturing method for solar cell according to the present disclosure includes: providing a silicon substrate, the silicon substrate has opposing first and second surfaces; forming an emitter on the first surface of the silicon substrate, wherein the emitter has a doping type different from that of the silicon substrate thereby forming a p-n junction; forming a first passivation layer on the first surface of the silicon substrate; forming a second passivation layer on the second surface of the silicon substrate; performing a thermal annealing for the silicon substrate after forming the first and second passivation layers; opening the first passivation layer and plating a first electrode on the first passivation layer after performing the thermal annealing; and opening the second passivation layer and plating a second electrode on the second passivation layer after performing the thermal annealing.
