Summary:A method of microcarriers formation for biodegradable polymers is provided. First, a biodegradable material is heated to its melting point, such that the biodegradable material is melted into liquid. Next, the melted biodegradable material and dispersing agent are heated and mixed at the melting point of the biodegradable material for emulsification, such that a microparticle is obtained after fully emulsification and the mixing process is stopped. Afterwards, the microparticle is dispersed through ultrasonic vibration, and the dispersed microparticle is washed and filtered by a screen.
