The present invention provides a location-based service digital content supply system and method. The location-based service digital content supply system comprises a gateway server connected to plural wireless network hot spots to receive the information of each wireless network hot spot; a portal service platform comprising plural portal service subsystems, each portal service subsystem being configured to store at least a service page respectively, wherein each portal service subsystem corresponds to each wireless network hot spot; and a content management platform comprising a transduction subsystem. The transduction subsystem receives the information of a specific wireless network hot spot of the wireless network hot spots connected to the user from the gateway server, and directs correspondingly the user's digital content request to one of the portal service subsystems corresponding to the specific wireless network hot spot based on the information of the specific wireless network hot spot.
