Summary:A touch panel includes a substrate, a frame layer, a first conductive layer, an insulating layer, a second conductive layer, and a third conductive layer. The frame layer is disposed in a frame region on the substrate. The first conductive layer is disposed on the surface of the substrate and includes a plurality of touch-control electrodes and a plurality of extending lines that extend from the touch-control region to the frame region, wherein the portions of the extending lines disposed in the frame region covers the frame layer. The insulating layer is disposed in the frame layer and covers the portions of the extending lines disposed in the frame region.
