The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a cut-out product and a manufacturing plan system for the cut-out product. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a method for manufacturing a cut-out product, the method including calculating area efficiency for each combination of a material and a cutting knife for cutting the material into a plurality of single pieces and selecting a combination of a material and a cutting knife for manufacturing the corresponding single piece based on the calculated area efficiency.
