Summary: | An emergency help-seeking intercom system is disclosed, including at least one user handset, an administration server, and at least one management device. The user handset has a handset number and is provided for a user to operate to output an alarm signal. The administration server is connected to the user handset and the management device to receive the alarm signal; and moreover, at least one plan view is stored to record the location of the user handset so that a corresponding plan view is transmitted to the management device for display based on the handset number of the user handset that outputs the alarm signal. The administrator configured with the management device is able to perform video connection with the user handset through the management server. The user can be supported real time through the plan view and a real-time video connection to achieve the quickest rescue in the shortest time so as to reduce harm. |
