A heat exchanging module includes a shell, a plurality of first wind guiding elements and a plurality of first spacers. The first wind guiding elements are accommodated inside the shell. Each first wind guiding element includes a plurality of first structures and a plurality of second structures. Each of the first structure aligns parallelly. The second structures are disposed between the two first structures. Each second structure connects to both of the first structures to form a plurality of first channels. Each first spacer is disposed between the two adjacent first wind guiding elements to form a second channel. The airflow direction of the first channels is different with that of the second channels. The present invention further provides an electronic device using the same.
