A fan impeller including a fan hub, an outer ring frame surrounding the fan hub and multiple independent metal blades is provided in the present disclosure. An end of each metal blade is a root and the other end thereof is a tip. At least a part of the root is embedded in the fan hub, and at least a part of the tip is embedded in the outer ring frame. The metal blades, the plastic fan hub and the plastic outer ring frame are combined by insert molding process, and the fan impeller is thereby able to contain more blades to increase air flux thereof.
