The method comprises the following steps: enabling the electronic device to set personal and time data stored in the web camera so that when the web camera receives the door opening signal generated by the electronic door lock, the door opening signal can be compared with the person and time data to generate a comparison result. The electronic device displays correspondingly result message based upon the comparison result.
