Summary:A bicycle rim brake device comprises a friction member and a pushing structure. The friction member is configured to face a bicycle rim, the friction member including an upstream portion and a downstream portion opposite to the upstream portion in a driving rotational direction in which a bicycle rim rotates when a bicycle forwardly moves. The pushing structure is configured to push the upstream portion and the downstream portion against the bicycle rim so that a first contact pressure between the downstream portion and the bicycle rim is close to a second contact pressure between the upstream portion and the bicycle rim during braking.
