Summary:An object of the invention is to enable clogging of a filter to be estimated using a method other than measuring fluid pressure. A filter monitoring system 1 of the present invention comprises: a vibration information transmission device, which is attached to a filter device 2, detects vibration of the filter caused by the operation of the filter device 2 and transmits the results as vibration information, and a clogging estimation device which estimates the extent of clogging of the filter by detecting a phenomenon by which clogging of the filter causes the vibration value to decrease.
