A modular core of shoe mold comprises a mold base and a core group. The surface of the mold base is inwardly arranged with a receiving space. The mold base is provided with a mold gate at one side of the receiving space, and a stopper is fixed by a locking member at the mold gate. The core group has a front core, a center core and a rear core. The front core is used for forming the front foot. The center core is used for forming the arch portion. The rear core is used for forming the heel portion. The front core, the center core and the rear core are sequentially fed into the receiving space from the mold gate of the mold base, and then the core group is positioned within the receiving space by the stopper. By replacing the center core in the modular core for forming the arch portion, the shoe mold is allowed to produce a variety of soles or insoles with different sizes, thereby reducing production costs.
