Summary:A metal wire nanocrystrallization device is disclosed. The device comprises a case, a plurality of balls, a first wheel and a second wheel. The case has a ball-hitting space inside the case, a wire-input opening, a wire-output opening and a shaking element mounting at the case. The plurality of balls is located within the ball-hitting space and movable because of the starting of the shaking element. The first wheel and the second wheel are located within the ball-hitting space with a first rotating direction and an opposite second rotating direction, respectively. Accordingly, the first wheel and the second wheel can be used as the foothold during the nanocrystallization, preventing from the sway of the metal wire and improving the nanocrystallization.
