The content of the component (A) is 5-30 mass%, and the content of component (B) is 0.5-10 mass%, wherein the mass ratio of (B)/(A) is 0.05-1; the component (B) is a mixture of two or more compounds with C10-14 alkyl and EO additional molar number of 0-30, and the component (B) contains 5 mass% or above of both components (b-1) and (b-2) individually and a total of 60-100 mass%, wherein (b-1) has EO additional molar number of 1-5, and (b-2) has EO additional molar number of 12-20.
