This fibre-reinforced thermoplastic resin moulding material includes: a thermoplastic resin [A]; resin-impregnated reinforcing fibre bundles [E] obtained by impregnating reinforcing fibres [B] with a resin [D] having a lower melt viscosity at 200 not C than the thermoplastic resin [A]; and a reinforcing-fibre modifying component [C] which has a lower melt viscosity at 200 not C than the thermoplastic resin [A], and which has a difference in SP value with respect to the thermoplastic resin [A] of at least 1.0.
