Summary: | Disclosed is a microfluidic glucose-sensing device for detecting the glucose concentration of a solution in a dynamic situation. The microfluidic glucose-sensing device comprises a glucose-sensing element and a microfluidic element. In an embodiment, the glucose-sensing element includes: a substrate; a sensing membrane formed on the substrate; a conductive layer formed on the substrate and electrically connected to the sensing membrane; an insulating layer formed on the sensing membrane and the conductive layer, wherein the insulating layer has openings which expose the sensing membrane; an enzyme selective layer fixed on the exposed sensing membrane to provide the sensing membrane with an enzyme specificity. The microfluidic element is disposed on the glucose-sensing element to provide a fluid channel to allow the solution flows through the sensing membrane. |
