A kitchen waste processor of this invention includes an adapting member, a body set, a motor and an accessory set. Inside the body set, a dehydration treatment is performed on grinded residues by a driving plate driven by the motor and a filter screen. The collected water is discharged by a drain portion of the shell through water pipes, and the residues are thrown by the driving plate onto an inner wall of the filter screen to accumulate. The dehydrated residues are removed by scratching by a guiding plate portion of a guiding pipe before being pushed along the guiding plate portion to an export portion close to the filter screen. The residues are guided by the export portion to a waste discharging portion of the shell for separation and collection to complete the separation of residues and water. As a result, blocked pipes caused by deposited solid residues resulting from the separation of solid and liquid of slurry residues processed by a conventional kitchen waste processor no longer exist.
