A flexible circuit board for using in printing cartridge is disclosed, the flexible circuit board has a flexible interconnect circuit, which comprises a plurality of conducting passages, a plurality of connecting pads and an electric coupling area, wherein a plurality of electric coupling pads are disposed in column array, each electric coupling pad couples with the conducting passage, and the electric coupling pads are grouped as a first, a second, a third and a fourth groups, and those electric coupling pads are aligned symmetrically based by an original hole of the flexible circuit board, wherein the first and the fourth groups has three lines, the second and the third groups has two line, and the vertical distance between the original hole of the flexible circuit board and the newest electric coupling pad of the second line of the second group is less than 3 nm.
