Thus, the present invention can achieve two different modes, the electrical power and man power for driving for usage in the area without power supply. Moreover, the present invention uses the free wheel and the revolution wheels which rotate in a manner of revolution relative to the free wheel for tremendously promoting the grinding rotation area and efficiency.
