Summary:A heterojunction bipolar transistor comprises: a strip-like base platform, a strip-like base electrode, two strip-like emitters, a strip-like collector, and two strip-like collector electrodes. In which, the strip-like base electrode is disposed on the base platform along the long axis of the base platform, and a base guide hole is disposed at or near the center of the base electrode. The two strip-like emitters are respectively located on the base platform at both sides of the base electrode, and a strip-like emitter electrode is disposed on top of each emitter area. The collector is located below the base platform. The two strip-like collector electrodes are respectively located on the collector at two opposite sides of the base platform.
