Summary:Provided is an active energy ray curable composition that solves the problem of dermal irritation caused by residual 2-hydroxyethylacrylate, while also achieving high curability when used in a printing ink and having superior offset printing suitability. Also provided are an active energy ray curable printing ink having both superior curability and offset printing suitability, and a print therefrom. This active energy ray curable composition contains a urethane(meth)acrylate resin (A) and a polymerization initiator (B) as essential components, wherein said urethane(meth)acrylate resin (A) is obtained by reacting a multifunctional aromatic isocyanate (a) and a hydroxyl-containing mono(meth)acrylate (b) at a ratio at which (b')/(a'), which is the ratio of a hydroxyl (b') of the latter with respect to an isocyanate group (a') of the former (a), becomes 0.99-0.50, and then reacting the obtained reaction product with a hydroxyl-containing multifunctional (meth)acrylate (c).
