A reciprocating thermal fatigue testing machine is provided, which is used for conducting a thermal fatigue test to a specimen. The reciprocating thermal fatigue testing machine comprises a casing, a placement and rotating unit provided inside the casing and used for placing the specimen as well as driving the specimen to rotate, a heating and feeding unit provided inside the casing and used for outputting an oxy-acetylene flame to the specimen, a gas supply unit used for supplying oxy-acetylene gas required by the heating and feeding unit, and a cooling unit for circularly providing cold water at a uniform temperature to pass through the specimen. Accordingly, the specimen can receive an alternate hot and cold caloric test. The present invention not only achieves high heating efficiency, but also uniformly heats the specimen so as to prevent the applicable specimen from the influence of permeability and thus can be widely used.
